The fourth day of the Krishna Apra Future Star Under-15 Championship at the Jawaharlal Nehru Stadium in Ghaziabad belonged entirely to the bowlers, with two one-sided contests producing dominant victories.
Karim Capital Chargers and Meerut Spartans showcased complete team performances, winning their respective matches by 92 runs and 91 runs.
While Arman Hussain starred with both bat and ball for Karim Capital Chargers, Aayan Siddiqui produced a sensational bowling spell to lead Meerut Spartans to an emphatic triumph.
Arman Hussain Leads Karim Capital Chargers to a Massive Victory
Karim Capital Chargers delivered one of the most impressive batting displays of the tournament, posting a competitive 180/4 in 20 overs after being asked to bat.
The innings was built around a brilliant knock from Arman Hussain, who remained unbeaten on 63 runs from just 46 balls. His innings featured five boundaries and four towering sixes, combining patience with aggressive stroke play whenever the opportunity presented itself.
At the top of the order, Siddharth Tomar provided the perfect start by smashing 41 runs off only 24 deliveries, putting the opposition bowlers under pressure from the very beginning. Their partnership laid a solid platform that allowed the Chargers to finish strongly.
Jayco Panthers Collapse Under Pressure
Facing a target of 181, Jayco Panthers Faridabad never looked comfortable during the chase. The batting lineup struggled to build partnerships as wickets continued to fall at regular intervals.
The Panthers were eventually bundled out for 88 runs in just 13.5 overs, handing Karim Capital Chargers a comprehensive 92-run victory.
Bowler Yug was the standout performer with the ball, claiming 4 wickets for 34 runs. Arman Hussain completed a memorable all-round performance by picking up 2 wickets for 31 runs, ensuring there was no way back for the Panthers.

For his outstanding contribution with both bat and ball, Arman Hussain deservedly received the Player of the Match award.
His unbeaten 63 runs along with 2 wickets highlighted his all-round abilities and played a decisive role in Karim Capital Chargers’ dominant win.
Meerut Spartans Recover Brilliantly Before Bowling Out Bahadurgarh Royals
The second match of the day witnessed another remarkable turnaround.
Meerut Spartans found themselves in early trouble after losing four wickets for just 41 runs. However, the middle order showed great maturity to rescue the innings.
Wicketkeeper Rachit played a composed knock of 42 runs from 29 balls, while Yajur Teotia contributed a valuable 43 off 28 deliveries. Their crucial partnership steadied the innings and helped Meerut Spartans reach a respectable total of 155/7 in 20 overs.
Aayan Siddiqui Produces a Match-Winning Spell
After the batters laid the foundation, it was Aayan Siddiqui who completely stole the spotlight with the ball.
The young bowler delivered an exceptional spell, taking 4 wickets for only 11 runs in his four overs. His disciplined bowling shattered the Bahadurgarh Royals batting order and left them with no chance of chasing the target.
Supporting him brilliantly were Prakhar, who finished with 2/5, and Ashwin Mavi, who claimed 2/13.
Bahadurgarh Royals Fold for Just 64
The Royals never managed to recover from the early wickets and were eventually dismissed for 64 runs in 13 overs.
Only Dhruv Prabhakar (19) and Arav (14) managed to reach double figures, while the rest of the batting lineup failed against Meerut Spartans’ disciplined bowling attack.
The comprehensive collapse handed Meerut Spartans a commanding 91-run victory, making it one of the most dominant performances of the tournament so far.
Aayan Siddiqui Bags Player of the Match Award
Aayan Siddiqui’s all-round contribution earned him the Player of the Match honour.
Apart from remaining unbeaten on 13 runs, his outstanding bowling figures of 4/11 proved to be the biggest difference between the two teams and sealed an unforgettable win for Meerut Spartans.
Day 4 Belonged to the Bowlers
Although there were several impressive batting performances, Day 4 will be remembered primarily for the outstanding bowling displays. Both successful chases ended inside 14 overs, reflecting the dominance of the bowling attacks.
Karim Capital Chargers and Meerut Spartans not only secured convincing victories but also strengthened their confidence as the tournament progresses. Players like Arman Hussain and Aayan Siddiqui have emerged as exciting young talents capable of changing matches with both bat and ball.
